Important information

Before booking, we recommend reading through these details outlining our reservation and payment process. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!

  • After finalizing your Package itinerary, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit (depending on the Holiday package program) or you can simply pay securely with your credit card via our Pay Pal link.
  • The balance payment is due eight weeks before your arrival.
  • We also offer a special 10% discount on Total Holiday package for upfront payments in order to make savings.
  • We accept payments via wire transfer, PayPal and through major credit cards on our site.
  • If you are booking less than eight weeks before your arrival, a full payment is required upfront.
  • After we receive your deposit we will issue an official booking confirmation via email.
  • After we receive your balance payment, we will send you a pdf document outlining necessary information such as contact details, departure times and pick up points.
  • Send the 50% deposit through PayPal (using the email address info@korcula-adventures.com
  • Wire transfer to our bank account (details below).
  • Pay on our site with the following credit cards: Visa Debit/delta, Maestro/Mastercard, Dinners, American Express.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including coverage for travel delay, cancellation and baggage insurance) after booking your trip. Health, accident and emergency evacuation insurance are also strongly recommended. Further information will be provided upon receipt of a deposit or upon request.

Our standard Cancellation policy is; if you decide to cancel your Holiday with us up to 8 weeks before arrival on site we will refund full payment or deposit- no question asked.

If for any reason you need or would like to cancel your booking with us, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to refund all of your payment as fast as  possible.

KORCULA ADVENTURES as Responsible Travel member which is also ABTA member, means that your money is secure when you book through us. In the highly unlikely event that either us or one of our holiday providers fail, resulting in you not being able to travel, you will be fully refunded. In addition, we are here to help if you are unsatisfied with your holiday.

How it works

When you book your holiday through us you pay us as Responsible travel supplier directly and your contract is with us. Responsible travel will still protect you and cover both our failure and that of our suppliers – read more details about our Responsible Travel Guarantee bellow and not too much small print. If Responsible Travel should fail then ABTA will step in to make sure you are fully protected. We really don’t think you’ll need this but the cover is reassuring.

We’ve been in business with Responsible ravel since 2015 and Responsible travel booked holidays for over 100,000 customers annually. Responsible Travel choose the holiday companies and accommodations they work with very carefully and they monitor customer’s experience via customer reviews to ensure they are delivering outstanding holidays. Responsible Travel have been working with us for many years and we have proven track records regarding the quality of our holidays. If you are not completely satisfied with your holiday then you do have to speak to us first, preferably early on whilst you are actually on holiday to give us the best chance to fix any problems.
