The booking process

After finalizing your respective Holiday Package itinerary and Villa or seafront resort selection, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit (depending on the Holiday package program) or you can simply pay securely with your credit card via our secure payment gateway link directly on our web site Respective Holiday Package link.
The balance payment is due eight weeks before your arrival.

We also offer a special 10% discount on Total for all of our Holiday packages for upfront payments .
Only Exception is Day excursion Experiences where we require 100 % upfront payment. However you still enjoy 5 % discount for online booking /make sure use promo code 5percent when booking on our payment gateway.
We accept payments via wire transfer and through major credit cards on our site.

If you are booking less than eight weeks before your arrival, a full payment is required upfront.
After we receive your deposit we will issue an official booking confirmation via email.

After we receive your balance payment, we will send you a pdf document outlining necessary information such as Itinerary , contact details, departure times and pick up points.

After finalizing your respective Holiday Package itinerary and Villa or seafront resort selection the easiest way to book and safely pay with your credit card online by following the payment gateway on respective holiday package official link .
Follow the Payment gateway windows,fill up all necessary data , please agree on korcula adventures general terms and conditions tab.
On next window mark 10 % discount for upfront payment if want to make additional valuable savings on total sum or mark mandatory 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
Make sure that there is a sufficient amount of funds available on your credit card for this transaction.
Sometimes it is also necessary to call your bank/credit card house in advance so they do not treat this transaction as fraudulent.
Confirmation of your Holiday package with us will be instant and Voucher issued immediately

After payment is done we will also send you once again our official booking confirmation via email with Booking confirmation for respective Villa or Hotel and itinerary.

If your Holiday package is fully customized / for instance:  holiday extension , specific  excursions , *Ultimate luxury villa selection, etc…/  we will send you  a separate T com Pay Way Invoice link for safe credit card payment on your email.

At a later stage lets us know via email your exact flight details for Split or Dubrovnik airport for your private transfer to Korcula island and your accommodation.

Travel insurance

As active member of Croatian Association of Travel Agencies UHPA http://www.uhpa.hr/agency/1289 Korcula Adventures Holiday package Bookings are secured and bonded EUROHERC  insurance number 804314806 in case of insolvency for the package tour and related travel package as well as  EUROHERC responsibility insurance number 804314802  that may be caused to the client by unfulfilled, partially fulfilled or mischievously fulfilled obligations for the damage related to package tour in Case Korcula Adventures  is the organizer of the services.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, the Client confirms and agrees to the Agency insurance policy. If a client does not stipulate additional insurance, Agency considers that all additional insurance policies have been stipulated in his/hers home country.
It is a condition of our agreement with Client that Client and all members of Client´s party have suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover the Travel as neither Agency nor our suppliers can be held responsible for any liability, cancellations, expenses or losses that incur as a result of being inadequately insured.

We strongly recommend that at the time of Tour booking, a comprehensive travel insurance policy including special Covid-19 insurance  is purchased with the preferred insurance company.
Agency strongly advises to all its clients to purchase insurance policies in case of expiration, cancellation or any sort of interruption of travel,  insurance from the risk of accident and illness while on travel, insurance from the risk of damage and loss of baggage, voluntary health insurance while traveling and staying abroad, and insurance from the expenses for the assistance and return to the place of departure in case of accident or illness.

Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of this terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

2022 COVID- 19 Flexible Cancellation Policy*

* We understand that many guests’ travel arrangements have been affected and these are incredibly uncertain times and we are continually reviewing and updating our policies in line with government guidelines.

An important note is if the holiday package you booked with us has not yet been canceled by us, we are not accepting refund requests.

If you have paid your final payment and if you have booked a Holiday Package scheduled to depart between May 01.st 2022 and October  31st 2022, and not able to travel because of your country’s COVID-19 restrictions you will be fully refunded or  provided with a future travel credit voucher valued at 100% of the freeze  price paid for a holiday package and any ancillary services including hotels, villas, activities, meals, and transfers; but excluding insurance.

This travel credit voucher will be automatically applied to your Korcula Adventures account and can be applied toward  Korcula Adventures Holiday package you originally booked with already paid freeze fares , departing up to five years from the end of the month of your Holiday package start date or up to October 30. 2025.

As a result of the above, we have temporarily added flexibility to our terms until further notice to help travelers navigate through these difficult COVID-19 times, including:

  • Flexi-bookings: Changes to your departure dates can be made up to 7 days before departure, with no admin fee
  • Vouchered Credit: Roll your booking over to a later date in 2022 or all the way to 2025. With no admin fees, and a  freeze fares you already paid .
