The Peljesac peninsula has long been renowned for its excellent wines and stunning vineyards. On this Private hedonistic trip, you’ll have the chance to visit three of the very best wineries of the peninsula.
Departing in the morning from Korcula Island we start the day with a 20-minute private boat cruise from our home base in Lumbarda village. We then head across to Orebic on the Peljesac for a tour of the Korta Katarina winery – a wine lover’s dream come true. Located in the small coastal town of Orebic, Korta Katarina is the oldest winery of its kind in southern Croatia. The KK winery, wine bar, Villa Katarina (with a grand opening coming in May 2018) and vineyards are perched on the edge of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea and provide breathtaking views across Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast.
Considered one of the most stunning coastlines in the world, the Dalmatian Coast’s Dingac and Postup regions (part of the Peljesac Peninsula) and the region of Cara (on Korcula island) provide world-class conditions for producing Korta Katarina’s award-winning wines. After wine tasting and a break sampling delicious fresh Dalmatian cold cuts, we take to the road in our premium Mercedes Benz van heading towards the next delight on the list: the fantastic Matusko Winery.
Many taverns and wine cellars open their doors to visitors, but it’s hard to beat the level of expertise, passion and sheer quality on offer here. Originally a small wine-tasting cellar seldom visited by tourists, Matusko has now developed into one of the largest and best known Croatian wine-tasting destinations, exhibiting its quality produce at wine and tourist fairs far and wide.
Last but not least, is the world-famous Grgic Hills Winery in the lovely village of Trstenik. Grgić Vina was established in 1996 by the legendary Napa Valley winemaker, Croatian-born Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, along with his daughter, Violet Grgić. Dedicated to the art of winemaking, Mike seeks to produce only the finest wines from native Dalmatian grapes and concentrates on crafting two of Croatia’s very best varieties: Plavac Mali (red wine) and Pošip (white wine).
The winery is located in Trstenik on the Peljesac peninsula and boasts a spectacular view over the Mediterranean Sea.

Today we explore the alluring island of Vis, with its beautiful caves, beaches and countless other natural treasures. We’ll embark on a tour around three of the most impressive caves, visit the well-hidden Stiniva cove, and discover the historic charms and rich culture of Komiza town.
Green cave: This cave is spacious (varying in depth from 3 to 5 meters) and is famous for the small cracks in the ceiling, which allow beams of light to come pouring in, illuminating the water and walls in spectacular fashion.
Stiniva Cove: Located on the south side of the island, this cove is characterized by a very narrow entrance, which eventually widens to reveal a stunning 30-meter wide pebble beach, flanked by perpendicular rocks towering up to 35 meters high. The cove is only accessible by sea, ensuring it remains beautifully unspoiled and free from crowds.
Bisevo’s blue cave: This portion of the Croatian coast is filled with magnificent caves, the most famous of which is the blue cave located in Baluni cove. Accessible only by small rowboat, the unique lighting effects in the cave cast shimmering blue and silver reflections all around, enchanting visitors from every angle.

Enjoy an unforgettable Yacht experience at the famed Brac island golden cape beach
Bol is situated on the island’s southern side, at the foot of Vidova Gora (Vid Mountain) which is the highest peak on Brac island as well as the tallest point across all the Adriatic islands at 778 meters.
The Bol area stretches for kilometers along the spectacular coastline and features many beautiful beaches, among which is the world-famous beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape). This beach is a unique natural phenomenon whose sandy peninsula extends nearly half a kilometer into the clear blue sea like a small tongue. It “grows” with the depositing and sedimentation of small gravelly pebbles around the underwater reef, and the tip of the beach is constantly changing its shape, attempting to conform to the will of the waves and gentle sea currents.
Today, it is a center for the island’s tourism and one of the most sought-after destinations in the Dalmatian Riviera. After swimming, snorkeling or stand-up paddleboarding on this stunning beach, enjoy a delicious Dalmatian lunch aboard our luxury yacht.
