Family Duplex Villa is situated in The Center of Lumbarda village. Outdoor area features a large porch overlooking the sea. Stone pillars, made of world-famous Korcula stone, bring pleasant shade over the outside dining table. Villa has additional 80 sq m roof terrace. The cozy pool and sun deck area with a number of wooden deck-chairs.
Korcula Family Duplex Villa is surrounded with gardens and lawns and has direct access to a fine sandy beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices.
It can be rented as two completely separate units or as a duplex option for large families or group of friends. In the main house there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, kitchen , dining area and modern Apple TV system. Master bedroom on the first floor (20 sq m) is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets.
Upper level floor has three bedrooms. All boosting fantastic sea view , two bathrooms, and two extra beds for kids.
