A four bedroom villa for up to 8 persons has a fitness room, summer kitchen, and barbecue. A luxury 2-floor mansion is perched on a hill and provides a wonderful sea view overlooking small islets .It is located in the small fishing village of Lumbarda, famous for its sandy beaches and close proximity to dozens of small islets which are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking, and a host of other fun-filled activities.
We pride ourselves on our superior range of quality facilities and services. The villa includes all the essentials and more you’ll need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, from a 24 hour front desk with courteous staff and daily housekeeping service, to free car and speed boat rentals.
Facilities include an outdoor pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ facilities, large Jacuzzi, gym and table tennis facilities. We also offer guests free use of our mountain bikes and sea kayaks.
Korcula Pearl features two identical suites with double king size bedrooms, perfect for couples and families of four. The suites are on the upper and lower levels and accommodate 8 guests in total. Here is a comprehensive list of facilities for your comfort and enjoyment.
The exterior of the villa has a surface of 450 m2. Its location offers the possibility to observe the idyllic archipelago and the mainland. Here you can find needed privacy and peace. A large terrace pool of 30 m2 is equipped with beach chairs.
The interior of the villa oozes a homey ambiance. There are 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms in the villa. One modern kitchen and a living room are located on the ground floor. The other kitchen and living area are placed on the first floor. The kitchens with a breakfast bar have an exit to a sea view terrace. The living room features cozy angled furniture, a fireplace, a flat TV.
The floors are connected by the outdoor staircase. All of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, sea view. From the balconies and terraces, there is a mesmerizing view of the Adriatic.
