Luxury design amenities per each Floor:

GROUND FLOOR

In ground floor you can park your car but also play table tennis and do some exercise in gym, after you can relax in sauna and/or use shower to refresh. Also, in the ground floor we placed fully equipped laundry room (detergents, washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing bord).

FIRST FLOOR

On first floor is situated master bedroom with fully equipped bathroom, kids’ room and another bedroom with double bed, in case you’re coming with baby, we also have baby crib. Here we placed one more fully equipped bathroom and toilet with full toiletries equipment. All bedrooms have glass see view and entrance to wooden deck terrace where is placed hydro massage hot tub (6 persons), sunbeds and outdoor lounge sitting area. All bedrooms are fully equipped and have hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. Also, for the safety of your valuables, we have placed a safe in the master bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR

The place where we situated fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating area with stunning view on seaside. Our kitchen, except standard equipment, also has a wine fridge, ice machine, microwave, toaster and in case you are coming with smaller kid in the dining area we put kids eating chair. Also, since we want you to feel like home, in the kitchen you will find standard spices (salt, pepper, oil etc.) also, we prepared welcoming basket of fruit, water, bottle of wine, coffee and tea. On the second floor we also situated nice living area with nice and cozy sofa and comfortable armchair with footrest on which you can rest and enjoy stunning seaside view or watching Netflix on big screen SAT TV. For those who like to play games there is PS5 with some basic games on it, enjoy.

ROOFTOP

If you want to enjoy the sun all day, the rooftop is ideal for that. Except sun, rooftop has wooden deck, private heated pool with salt water, sunbeds and sunshades, pool towels and slippers. To complete the entire rooftop place, we put a nice fireplace where you can grill or just put on some fire to have a nice evening atmosphere.

• Both of Villas have tiled floor with floor heating, Wi-Fi, entire out and indoor space is luxuriously and modern designed, you don’t need to bring towels, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer and bathroom products, everything is waiting for you, just come. And in case you need, by request we will provide you an extra housekeeping.

• In case you decide to explore island, you can use bicycles, electric scooter or you could go to one free all day safari tour with dinner included, and for exploring life beneath the sea we have Yamaha Sea scooter.
